Oxford Falls Bloody Mary Mixes are made with tomato juice, not paste or powder for a fresh flavor profile.

All of our Bloody Mary Mixes are made with fresh pack tomato juice.  Why does that matter to you?  Ever have that pasty aftertaste with one of those other bottled bloody mary mixes?  The reason is those other mixes are made with tomato paste or tomato powder and reconstituted.  They cannot help but leave a pasty finishing note.  Our mixes on the other hand, have a freshly made taste throughout their shelf life.  If price isn’t your sole motivating purchase factor, wouldn’t you prefer a freshly made taste?


Our gluten free vegan Worcestershire Sauce strikes an interesting savory balance. Vinegar, Tamari, cloves, cardamom, and garlic make this a can’t miss flavor enhancer for those with or without dietary restrictions.This condiment is truly guilt free cooking.

We are very proud to introduce the very first Steak Remoulade to hit the market. A terrific accompaniment to a backyard grilled steak. Creamy mayonnaise, cornichons, capers, Dijon mustard, tarragon and pimento make this your go-to after grilling steak sauce. Perfect for a grilled steak salad as well!

Our Remoulade Sauce is perfect for seafood on these hot summer nights. Slightly tangy and oh so creamy, this versatile dressing is great just on a plain baked potato.


London Dry Steak Ensemble. Our Steak grinder has the groove with three different sea salts, including Salish (alder wood smoked sea salt) Black Peppercorns, Rosemary and more mystical spices.Our Steak Sauce has the infusions of Mission Figs and Juniperberries into a hearty tomato based sauce. Great as a marinade too. Meat Magic occurs with these!

Comeback Salad Dressing is an heirloom condiment created generations ago in Madison County, Mississippi. Beside Blues, Catfish and Cotton this little dressing is one of the State’s leading cultural exports.Made with Kraft mayonnaise, chili sauce, onion, garlic and Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, this dressing looks like Thousand Island, but is peppery, versatile and much more savory than it’s look-a-like. We also make it’s Creole Cousin – Remoulade Sauce. True hospitality from the Hospitality State!

There are many differences to our “classic” mint julep mix and the competition. Number one with a bullet is it does not look and taste like mouthwash! We steep fresh spearmint in boiling Starkville City water and filter it into pure cane sugar and a hint of molasses for color. Mix this with Bourbon 1:1 with crushed ice to make a libation fit for a Mississippi Summer’s sunset. The true definition of southern hospitality.

Our Finishing Sauces come in a variety of unique flavors. Both sweet and zippy, these versatile sauces can dress plain N.Y. style cheesecake to dipping chicken tenders to even grilling pork, lamb, chicken or Ahi Tuna. Two recipes use chipotle peppers (smoked jalapeno) as the heat source-Raspberry Chipotle, and 3 Pepper Peach.Three others, Blackberry Wasabi, Cranberry Wasabi and Pomegranate Wasabi use wasabi (Japanese horseradish) to balance out the sweetness. The last of the sauces marries black pepper, mango, plantains and mojo sauce (Cuban marinade) with a hint of nutmeg-Mango Plantain.

The most versatile item in your pantry. Our salsas are painstakingly made with fresh ingredients. Carrots & black beans highlight the Dix Original Medium or Hot versions. Tomatillos, Red Bell Peppers and Mexican Oregano in the Fried Green Tomato version, and black beans and corn in the popular “Titties” Naturally Hot Salsa. Go ahead…make a statement! Mother Cluckers wing sauce is classic spice with a twist! Made with Franks Original and Franks Xtra Hot hot sauces, what distinguishes this sauce is that little hint of bacon we throw in to add intrigue. Cook wings using this sauce.

We pickle two items. Both with unique names. The first, (which is pictured) is Asparago Conservuto (which is pickled asparagus in Italian), and How You Beans, which are pickled string beans. Both use fresh garlic, dill seed and chile peppers to liven up your favorite bloody mary (ours!). Spear an astounding Bloody Mary “Snooty” people prefer proper beverage garnishment.  Sorry the How You beans are no longer available.

Our team bbq sauce and dry rub are Carolina inspired. That is in the instance of the bbq sauce-cider vinegar based, instead of ketchup. That allows the sauce to be soaked into the meat instead of looking back at you awaiting the big burn. The dry rub is the first step in this process.
